This Hevajra statue is a stunning work of art made from premium copper and featuring a 24k gold-plated face. Hevajra is characterized by eight faces, sixteen arms, and four legs, embodying pure awareness. He carries sixteen skull cups, representing the connection between the mind and body and the deceptive essence of all things. Each item within the skull cups symbolizes one of the sixteen voidnesses or states of emptiness.
This statue of Hevajra beautifully depicts the intricate connection between Hevajra and his consort, Nairatmya. Together, they celebrate the overcoming of the four maras, which no longer obstruct their journey to enlightenment.
The Hevajra Statue is a profound emblem of spiritual transformation and enlightenment within the Buddhist tradition. Its intricate design embodies strength and compassion, while his arms hold sacred implements, symbolizing mastery over duality and the challenges faced on the path to enlightenment. The exquisite craftsmanship of the statue captures Hevajra's celestial essence, making it a striking centrepiece for spiritual environments, contemplative rituals, or altars.
